Lt dL Fuhrhop (rather rare name) from LIR 77 might be Ernst-August Fuhrhop

Has to be him. Only one officer with that name. Feldwebel Ernst-August Fuhrhop (I Hannover) was commissioned as a Leutnant d.L. Infanterie I on 23.4.18.

Major Steinkopff is Paul Steinkopff, born 24.12.1871 in Orla, OTL aD, Regierungsrat after WW1, found in Berlin address books until at least 1934. Last cdr of RIR 52, and here is his pic from the regimental history (with the HHOX device):

We've got PLM winner Albrecht Steppuhn in the list. The other Steppuhn should be Lt Hugo Steppuhn from Sommerfeld/Heilsberg (East Prussia) and from IR 43. Only regular officer who fits.

Lt dR Genz from IR 188 might have been Friedrich Genz, born 22.8.XX in Beberstedt/Mühlhausen in Thüringen (acc. to VL). He is listed as wounded in 1916 and missing in November 1918.

Hptm dR Stockmar from RIR 219 must be the 1914 Lt dR Stockmar from IR 13 (Lw Bezirk Bremen), but I couldn't find his first name.

The Hptm Stoermer, who received the HHOX around May/ early June 1918, is either the 1914 Olt from FußAR 1, Maj aD, or the 1914 Lt from FußAR 20, Hptm aD. Maybe it can be determined from their promotions who would fit.

    Paul Stoermer: FußAR 1 - Hptm. (18.6.15)

    Alfred Stoermer: FußAR 20 - Oblt. (28.11.14), Hptm. (18.4.16)

Not really helpful as both were in the rank of Hauptmann long before May/June 1918.

    They were brothers.

Paul Otto Stoermer, *3.10.1885 in Tessendorf

Both were police Majors after the war, Paul in Prussian service and Alfred in Bremen. Alfred was a Luftwaffe Oberst (Flak). Paul was a Heer Oberst and Kommandeur of WBK Mohrungen.

Lt dR Deschang from FR 34 is Emil Deschang, born 18.11.1891 in Rixheim/Mülhausen, Alsace.

He also has a file in the Karlsruhe archives: http://www.landesarchiv-bw.de/plink/?f=4-1318145

Hptm dR Dahse from FAR 241 should be the 1914 Lt dR in FAR 41, from Bezirk Rostock, but I don't find his first name.

We might have had him before: Henry Prahl was Lt dR from Pioniere, later Baurat in Hilden.

    From Langenberger Zeitung, 19.11.1937.

Born 1891, he died in 1944 (KIA?):

Henry Prahl was born on 18.12.1891. He received the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on 19.12.1941 as a Major d.R. and Kommandeur, PB 234. Promoted to Oberstleutnant d.R. on 1.9.1943, he was Pi.1 / Armee-Pionier-Führer der Armeegruppe Wöhler when he attended a Regiments-Führer-Lehrgang at the Pionierschule from 26.6.1944-16.8.1944.

His HOH3X was as a Lt.d.R. in PB 134 and Adjutant des Kommandeurs der Pioniere einer Infanterie-Division. As far as I know, PB 134 was part of the 37.ID in 1918.
