christerd Posted May 20, 2022 Author Share Posted May 20, 2022 This is a quite interesting small ribbon bar , belonging to an Austrian who participated in WW1 and got a Red Cross award and then was in Finland 1939/40 What I know of there was only two Austrians in Finland as Volunteers in Finnish Winter War but he could of course been there as Doctor or Medic of some kind.
