Hi I have found two different date of award of the HOH3X to Friedrich von Boetticher (Saxon officer). In Geile's book the date is 18 September 1917 on intenet, Geocities his HOH3X was on 3 May 1918. Which one is the good one. Thanks for your help Christophe

Too big to be a knight cross ribbon. Probably a neck ribbon which has never been worn. Have you made uv test to know if it is original or not ?

Hello, I have found another name Major Richard Verstl He received BMV4bX on 16 November 1914 He received EH3aX on 12 February 1916 He received BMV4aX on 24 April 1917. He was in KB GS. A good feeling on this one. The photo has been probably taken between February 1916 and March 1917 Christophe
