    1. I'd like to share some of the stuff I've seen in Macedonia and some of the stuff which I've bought in some of the local antique shops. NI Institute and Museum Bitola. There's a part of the museum which is dedicated to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Firstly here are some of his uniforms. I doubt that those are actually his uniforms but still nice to see. I'd appreciate more knowledgeable members for futher information because I don't know much about them.
    2. Wow! Such a remarkable medal bar!
    3. Thank you Jim! Glad you like it.
    4. Let's keep it alive, shall we? Here's all of my grandpa's awards. He was a Lt.Colonel of the Yugoslav People's Army, technical branch of service. Turned 80 this spring! First photo: Order of the Yugoslav People's Army 2nd and 3rd class Second photo: Order for Military Merits 2nd and 3rd class 3rd photo: Commemorative medals for 30 Years of the Yugoslav People's Army, 30 Years of Victory over Fascism and 40 Years of the Yugoslav People's Army
    5. Very nice collection Alex! It's nice to see the difference between old and new officer's cross.
    6. Amazing! Do you have any information about the man?
    7. Thank you very much for the information Aahauge! The seller is asking around 15$ so it's a great deal.
    8. Didn't know that, thank you for the additional information!
    9. Such a beautiful bar! What's the first medal? Something Ottoman I guess.
    10. I think it is a genuine piece but is there any way to know if it was awarded? I've read that there are a lot of unawarded pieces but I think it's not the case with this one. It is currently for sale at a local pawn shop. I'm guessing it could have been awarded to one of the Yugoslav Partisans since I'm from that area. Any help will be appreciated!
    11. Drugo, thank you so much for sharing this with the community!
    12. Such a beautiful painting! It's in good hands now.
    13. No problem Dave! Unfortunately, these badges are very common and you really can't say when they were made. The only possible information you get is from the screwplate which tells you who made it.
    14. It's a Yugoslav People's Army border troops badge made by Aurea Celje. Pretty common but in a rough shape. It's hard to tell anything more.
    15. Here's a photo of a Serbian composer Stanislav Binički (1872-1942). He's wearing a Serbian Order of Saint Sava 4th or 5th class and another one which I cannot identify. I'm not sure where to aim so I'm posting in this subforum. Any help will be appreciated!
    16. Everything's in order. Thanks for the images!
    17. Around 5€ on a flea market for the set which indeed isn't a set but just a bunch of random pins. Nice piece of memorabilia nontheless!
    18. Officer's cross (4th class). The only difference between Officer's and Knight's cross (5th class) is that the Officer's cross has a rosette on the ribbon.
    19. I've only seen the types that you've mentioned and I think that the type which you have is the rarest for this order. I also prefer the original screwpost types. Beautiful silver pieces!
    20. Amazing group, thank you very much for sharing!
