    6. Rick, Thank you my friend! Sorry I missed Jeff and yourself today. It was a busy day with a long line out the door. None the less as you fought through the pickers there were a few goodies to be had. The belt and buckle was all bundled up with a rubber band at at first glance I was thinking it may have been a German Colonial belt till I noticed the other end of the belt and all of the other buttons fastened to it. I'm psyched to own a true piece of history that truly has the "been there" look.
    7. Gents, Just returned from the Lowell Militaria collector's show today with this little piece of History. It is what I believe a Canadian or British Mills belt with an Imperial German Buckle and various German buttons and a lone French Button affixed to it. An interesting find that I'm quite please with. There appears to have been many more buttons that adorned this belt however, those that remain tell the story completely. Enjoy! Regards, Joel
    8. Awesome "Moments in Time!" Very Nice Pictures! The Old Sherman certainly was a tank that had seen action on many fronts and with many variations. Regards, Joel

    12. Brian, Thank you for your kind words. I'm definately intrigued and want to collect more edged weapons from this period thats for sure. Got real lucky on finding one in this condition.
    13. Gentlemen, Happy to report I just conducted a deal with a friend of mine in which I'm the new proud owner of this Imperial German Fighting Knife. It's the only one I've seen in mint/unissued condition. This is my first Imperial edged weapon and not the last thats for sure. It's probably my last bigger purchase till my Wife and I get settled in our first home home which we just bought. Oh yes, I'll have my "War Room" after all. LOL! Regards, Joel
    14. Jim, You certainly have an extensive and well displayed collection. I raise my hat in admiration! Regards, Joel

    17. RedMaestro, The first Helmet is a M34 "Squaredipped" which I believe, was issued to the units policing the Rural Waterways. Given the tone of the Polizei shield. The second is a felt Heer Pith Helmet which was issued for the units fighting on the Greece/Italian front. If it was Canvas, it would be for the DAK. Regards, Joel
    18. Gentlemen, Nice Katanas! I miss my Imperial Japanese Wakizashi! Though, I still have My 1928 Nambu Type 14, Arisaka T-38 Carbine with T-30 Bayonet, and Rayed Flag. I've grown to admire Imperial Japanese Miltaria more and more lately. Regards, Joel
