    1. Hi Big Al, Welcome to the forum. I have never seen a miniature Soviet medal before. I wonder what happened to them all...?
    2. Thank you for explaining this to me. I have never seen the two worn together.
    3. That is one spectacular bar. I have never seen a silver and gold grade together. The silver one is non combatant, right?
    4. It looks like someone tried cleaning the front...
    5. What are the dark colored uniforms? They look like volunteer Fire Dept... but with K98s?
    6. I will have to check to see about the LW breast eagles, but I am confident that the last visor is not right at all. I dont know anything about LW Forestry, so I will wait for one of the Visor specials to comment.
    7. Congrats on your find Rob. I did not even know that they made buckles out of pewter.
    8. I have never seen a multi medal grouping to a female aux. member before! I would love to hear her stories.
    9. If I remember correctly, these are sort of controversial. There is no photographic evidence(I have seen anyway) of the Logistics metal Chest eagle ever being worn on a visor.
    10. Why did this bar go for so much? Who did it belong to?(I am not allowed to go onto Ebay on the govt computers).
    11. One day I shall have such a place to display my stuff! Well done.
    12. Thanks Ulsterman. I surely hope that it is not fake. What is a bailiwick?
    13. Those are some great photos. Can you blow them up a bit? I would be curious to see what the awards are.
    14. Looks like it used to be for a Feldwebel. Looks like someone was demoted! Photos are a little small, but I see no flags from the photos present. Will the seller give you better photos?
    15. Regardless, it is a significant and attractive display. In the grand scheme of things, still a priceless set in about 50 years!
    16. I am glad that you were able to get the citation. This must have been a very special day. I look forward to seeing seeing your display, when it is completed!
    17. I have not seen one of these before. I would be interested in seeing what the more experienced visor collectors have to say.
    18. Thanks for the kind words, Mark. This is a facinating hobby, with discoveries being made all the time!
