That is what I am being told. I think that every ship and base would have had to keep one of these in case of a visit. -
azyeoman- Those are some amazing bars. I thought that bows were reserved for use by females? Was it possible for a female(frontline nurse) to earn such a grouping?

Here is the link... They have a huge defensive write up... Not a good sign. They seem to think that because one of their members was a part of the HJ and saw combat that he knows all aspects of German militaria and history. http://www.germaniainternational.com/aboutus.html There are a few good things... but there are a LOT of bad things too. The medal bars look bad to me.

These guys dont have any rare or valor medals, but they are still good representatives of the 1866/1870 wars. The larger bar is for a combatant and the two place bar is noncombatant.
