    This is a quite interesting small ribbon bar , belonging to an Austrian who participated in WW1 and got a Red Cross award and then was in Finland 1939/40 

    What I know of there was only two Austrians in Finland as Volunteers in Finnish Winter War but he could of course been there as Doctor or Medic of some kind.

    Perhaps this new book on Finnish awards to Germans would bring some new names to the lists....

     

    About 3500 names of german recipients.
