Poulton Palmer Posted October 9, 2013 Posted October 9, 2013 Hi gents, nice picture. You can buy this jacket here: http://www.treasure-hunt.nl/index1.html A dutch dealer with a good name. Greetings from Flanders, Poulton
Chris Boonzaier Posted October 9, 2013 Posted October 9, 2013 A dutch dealer with a good name. Hi, a couple of nice items, but a couple of bad ones as well ?
Paul R Posted October 9, 2013 Posted October 9, 2013 They look like a wealthy family. I am surpised that he is a lowly private.
IrishGunner Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 This looks like a "73" to me... Füsilier-Regiment Feldmarschall Prinz Albrecht von Preußen (Hannoversches) Nr.73 "Gibraltar" is clear even if only half visible.
Trooper_D Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 (edited) Is there an easy way of telling whether this gentleman is Füsilier Regt Nr. 73 or Inf. Regt Nr.79, please? Edited November 23, 2013 by Trooper_D
Odulf Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 (edited) Two more nice portaits of the 73rd Regiment, dating from about 1905 Edited November 24, 2013 by Odulf

Perhaps for some one who has a detailed roll of where abouts, to link in with the tekst on the reverse of the photo. Nice to see that the cuff band was also worn on the field grey tunic - thanks for posting! Edited November 24, 2013 by Odulf
Trooper_D Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 Nice to see that the cuff band was also worn on the field grey tunic - thanks for posting! Thank you, Odulf. That's an aspect of the photo I hadn't considered before you pointed it out!

Hoss Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 I liked this one and kept images which now I can delete, never owned one too expensive for me and too many copies out there.Eric
Chris Boonzaier Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Very Nice!Mine is from an officer who transfered to a "gibralter" regiment in 1917 and was wounded soon after. I assume at the time Bullion was a luxuary that was not widely availible. I wonder what such a Bullion would go for ???
Chip Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 I liked this one and kept images which now I can delete, never owned one too expensive for me and too many copies out there. Eric,If they looked like this bullion one, there would be not doubt about authenticity.
Chip Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 All packed Chip, will post as soon as we move.....Looking forward to that. Hope your move goes well.Chip
