Hello, Normally a Divisional Staff consisted in a Chief of the Staff, a Personnel Officer, a Inteligence Officer, a Operations Officer, a Logistic one , a Civilian affairs officer,apart a Divisional Chaplain or two, a Divisional medical officer ,Divisonal Veterinarian and so on. The Army Corps Staff was organized among the same lines but tended to be composed of Field Officers of the rank of Lt Colonel onwards inclusive with General rank for example the Army Corps Artillery Chief or the Army Corps Medical chief Officer

Hello , Austro Hungarian Cavalry comprised : Dragoons, Uhlans , Hussars ,and Tyrolean and Dalmatian Mounted Rifles. In the year 1914 all types of Regiments marched to the War wearing their normal uniforms of Peacetime but with the headdressess covered with Pike grey cloth covers or painted in Pike grey colour. the exception were the Machine Gun squadrons ,uniformed in Pike Grey special uniforms . The uniforms were light blue with regimental facings for Dragoons and with madder red breeches for example. But your question is if the AH Cavalry weared Field Grey uniforms and the answer is Yes . at the end of 1914 they begun to receive dark blue grey breeches instead of the red , later they received Pike Grey infantry type Blusen , and finally from mid 1915 the so called Pelzulanka in Field Grey colour and same colour Blusen with regimental colour collar patches for Dragoons , Red patches for Uhlans and Honved hussars and Dark or Light blue ones for Common Army Hussars. Mounted Rifles received the same items and their collar patches were rifle green in colour . Later ,the Cavalry received Steel helmets in dull brown colour .

In January of 1899 he was elevated to the Hereditary Nobilty . after the retirement he entered in Politic and was a member of the Prussian Landtag until 1918
