This one caught my eye as well. Notice the different yellowish patina. It is also much heavier than the other tab. I am thinking that the thread in this one is made from another metal? Maybe silver?

Thank you all for your comments. I will make the scans of the Highest Level tabs. How many known waffenfarbe are there of the War Time officials tabs? I have only seen the pink and green(as well as the Yellow from Garth's collection). Regards Paul

Here is the second case of tabs in the deal. Notice the golden border piping around the tab on the second row, far right and the set on the third row, second from the left as well as the war time official on the bottom row far right. These are for the highest level of Administrative specialist. These are pretty darn hard to find. (Admin had four different levels with ranking groups... Highest, Executive, Elevated, and Lower.) The tab on the far left on the third row is for an air traffic controller..

Here are some tabs that I am purchasing now! If you need better scans of any particular tab, please let me know! Note the strange patina on the Engineer Major tab on the far left, third row. It led me to believe that it was initially gold.
