    1. A very dramatic lithograph! I bet that it scared the crap out of the kids! Great score! Definitely a framer!
    2. I say that they are both as described and priced accordingly. You can always try to haggle with them to see about an additional 10% for full payment, but the prices are fair. The battle damage helmet has a very somber and creepy feel to it. It seems as if it stayed in the field like that for a year so so. Hopefully not still attached to the man.
    3. Those are some amazing photographs! The nurses in the first photo(top set) on the left look none too pleased to be there. Does anyone know the medal that the one on the right is wearing?
    4. The second to last is Bulgarian, right? It looks like a very high order. It looks as if he spent a lot of time abroad.
    5. Wow! I love that certificate. It is the first I have seen named to an auxiliary service. Nice find.
    6. That is a cool piece. What does the tress around the collar represent? There is none on the shoulder straps. Is this Uffz?
    7. 3600 Euro!! WOW. I cannot see pics of the jacket though. Was it to an officer?
    8. Another great piece of work! I have seen images of that engraving. It is very powerful...
    9. I especially enjoy seeing these images. It is nice to see vets wearing their awards after their time in service is over.
    10. Damn! I bet they did a lot of damage up close!
    11. Great portraits. I feel that photos are a great area of collecting. I have been collecting LW Beamte photos now for the past year or so and have been able to amass quite a few really interesting uniform combinations. It also adds a life to the items in my collection.
    12. That is a sweet album. I really like the Uffz filling the Spiess position and the snow woman porn!
    13. Knowing that I am into Luftwaffe beamte, a friend of mine in Europe rescued and sold to me that really nice and unique shop foreman tunic. As you can see, the tunic was very heavily modified. It was significantly shortened. The man was obviously fairly short but round in stature. Based upon his size, I bet that he was in the +40 years of age club. Notice the change in the button alignment and the curved corners on the lower opening, at the bottom of the tunic. The Sports Badge in Bronze came with the uniform. It has obviously been on the uniform for a very long time based upon the wear behind the badge and the fact it is sewn onto the jacket. The jacket is very worn. I have little doubt that this was his every day uniform, for wear in the shop. This one is ranked as an NCO level known as Sonderführer (O). I have one other Sonderführer (O), which is in a standard and unaltered cut as well as a Sonderfuhrer officer level , group (Z)(Oberleutnant equivalent). I will share these in two in the future.
    14. Thanks! I am sorry to take so long to reply to this thread. I just saw your post. What is the little helmet? Is is a modern toy? So what can you see by the helmet number? I dont understand. (I am kinda slow sometimes).
    15. Here is the eagle on mine... Sharp eye!!! I can see what you are talking about with the defect.
    16. Nice job Bob. That General's badge is the high point. Do you know where the other items reside? With some luck, you may be able to pick up more pieces?
