Uffz. Rohleder Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Here a mini medal bar from a proud mother
Alex K Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Here's my humble offering made by W.sch & Co, mint condition with urkunde and what I believe to be the original tissue it came with regards
Uffz. Rohleder Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Nice Clean Cross Alex! Here my little Attribution - I like the one with the Saxon Style Ribbon most - its a Steinhauer & Lück piece
Schwyz Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Rohleder, I too like the Saxon style ribbon; they seem to be the hardest to find. I especially like your mother's mini set … very envious. Gar

T.E.B. Posted June 16, 2017 Posted June 16, 2017 (edited) Reviving this interesting thread with a recent find that hasn't been posted yet. Pictures are really bad, in hand the obverse of this fine CEJ MM cross for widows/parents looks perfect in its enamel black color. Hope you like it Cheers Thomas Edited June 16, 2017 by T.E.B.
Uffz. Rohleder Posted November 24, 2017 Posted November 24, 2017 My newest one. I can't make out a maker mark since the cross is tightly sewn on. It hasa very nice chocolate like finish.
John Burchell Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 Pictured here is a recent acquisition which I thought I would add for reference. The known maker is listed in the Jan.1, 2008 post #54 by "Jabnus": Gbr. D. L. (im Kreis) unbekannt unbekannt (Swords).

JohanH Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Here is the only Hindenburg cross in my collection. Awarded to Karl Wüllner who after WW1 served in the Ostseedivision in the Finnish liberty war. I also have his EK2 and medals from Finland with documents and his wehrpass.
Trajan Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 Reviving this thread as I have always been interested but have not collected these ones. BUT, I have just been offered a ribbon-less crossed swords 39 RV Pforzheim - what is the significance of these numbers?
Trajan Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 A quick internet search suggests RV Pforzheim were the most common maker - is that correct?
JohanH Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 How rare are the Hindenburg crosses awarded to finns? Here is a pic of one awarded to Ivar Kauranen, the stamp says "Deutscher gesandt… in Helsingfors". Can anyone read the signature?
Utgardloki Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 (edited) That should be Wipert von Blücher, who was ambassador to Finland 1935-1944 PS: Just found a proof: Edited June 24, 2019 by Utgardloki
Alex K Posted April 22, 2021 Posted April 22, 2021 (edited) Just for fun, a nice combatants and mini I picked up recently. Does anyone know the maker BTW? Edited April 22, 2021 by Alex K
