Daniel Krause
nononononononononono! Just around 80 knights with lions awarded and You want to see one?For zinc relations You speak about something rarer than a EK knights cross with oaks and swords!!!Seriously, I have no real one; I know Werner Nickel has a "normal knight" on a Medal bar.I can just show You some of my 5 ribbon bars with this cross.Best regardsDaniel
Deruelle
Show us Daniel, Show us. I know it is very rare. But I like it I have read in the Klietmann's book that only 53 knight cross with lions and swords were awarded during the WW1 Do you the how many of them have been awarded before 1914. I haven't got the data in my files. Thanks.Christophe

Yankee
Hope nobody minds that I resurrect this thread since it pertains to the knights cross. Does anybody have figures on the amount awarded with Lions during its existence or better yet from the 1st half of the 19th century. Appreciate any help that you can provide. chuck
They are very elegant in their simple style. A question does the sword attachment by the rings mean it is from Eduard Foehr? Chuck
