Valter Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Sorry for stealing this topic, but I'd like to share my new piece - 9th september, 2nd emission (type!!!) 3rd class with swords. I'm concerned about the case - is this the case for this award or for some later (3rd) type? And is it original? (I didn't hear yet about these orders being faked, but you never know ...) Thank you for any opinions! Valter
Valter Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 case interior ... Should the case had some kind of recess for the order? :speechless:
christerd Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 (edited) Hallo Valter ! Very Nice Order What I can see both the Order and the case is original and the case is the right one. And the cases dont have any recess, they just look like that Christer Edited October 16, 2010 by christerd
Agresto Posted October 17, 2010 Posted October 17, 2010 The order looks good to me. The case is fine because they use the same general case for most orders. Nice looking order!
Valter Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Christer, Agresto, thank you very much for good news! I'm glad I've found this early piece with original case. These are becomming harder and harder to find...
Corabia Alex Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Good evening, I`m having trouble identifying the last ribbon on this Romanian medal bar. I`m thinking about the Bulgarian Order of 9 September 1944, but what about the gold stripes ?!
new world Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 (edited) " Posted 18 September 2009 - 09:24 Well, this should turn a few heads..... we now have three (3) very distinct types of award documents! Oversized Gramota paper document (A4 sized) Paper folded booklet Hard cover orders book" Stogieman, Your document is temporary award document - note the third line on the 2nd page says "временно удостоверение". These were probably given initially and later replaced by large format document. Will Edited September 20, 2011 by new world
bolgarin Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Super. Very rare first emission with VL letters. Its very difficult to find such item. But to this moment we dont have 100% guarantee that such pieces were awarded.
ruiz Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 May be, only a few hundred were used. Difficult to say. Best regards.
ruiz Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Congratulatory document sent to Colonel Ivan stoichkov Chavdarov, head of the National School for Reserve Officers "HRISTO BOTEV" city Pleven, sent on the occasion of his 50th anniversary on July 23, 1976.
BalkanCollector Posted December 8, 2018 Posted December 8, 2018 Hello! What do you think about this one? Is it real and is it possible that everything (booklet, medal and box) is period and not some made up group. Any help is much appreciated!
kgalantai Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 I believe this is the very first type of the 1st class. In its original box, unfortunately without the neck ribbon. I came from a high ranking hungarian politician. I have never seen another box like this on the internet. I think it was awarded between 1946 and 1948.

They may have only ordered a small portion to be awarded to foreign high-ranking politicians. This order reminds me of a classic photo of Rákosi Mátyás,He is wearing this Bulgarian order in the photo. Edited April 16, 2023 by steveBobby

steveBobby Posted April 28, 2023 Posted April 28, 2023 Add two certificates, I really like the certificate design from the early days of the People's Republic of Bulgaria.
