    I should think Oberst a.D. Karl Landbeck, formerly of Ulanen-Regiment 19. The Schaumberg-Lippe House Order 4th class certainly points to him. This from the Landesarchiv Baden-Württemberg.

    Then , he is wearing a Kunftigefriedensuniform. Feldgrau with collar and cuffs in Regimental colour that is red and with silver litzen

    Thank you very much, Glenn. So it is later Generalmajor z.V. Neymann.

    Interestingly this Oberstleutnant Neumann I have in my archive looks kind of similiar or doesn't he? Maybe a relative? Or I am just wrong as they only have the same type of beard.

    that is Reichsheer Oberstleutnant Bruno Neumann, commander of 8. (Preußisches) Reiter-Regiment (1930-1933).
